CPDEVICE recently launched its "Master Class" training series in late February 2023. The series is aimed at promoting the professional development of its employees and enhancing the company's core competitiveness.
The first session of the "Master Class" training series focused on two topics: "waterproof structure design" and "appearance and surface treatment technology." The waterproof structure design segment of the training was a highlight for many employees. The experts provided an in-depth introduction to waterproof design methods for buttons, shells, and hole positions. They also answered questions from colleagues on the spot. The information shared during this segment was directly applicable to CPDEVICE's product development processes, and some of the waterproof methods discussed were already in use by the company. These methods allowed for the upgrade of the protection level of CPDEVICE's large-size tablet from IP65 to IP66 and above, showcasing the hard work and innovation of the R&D personnel.Figure 2: Apollo Gen2 from CPDEVICE is Equipped with IP66 Protection Level

The company aims to provide comprehensive training that will help employees understand product design concepts from all aspects, better meet customer needs, and answer customer questions. In the second half of 2023, the "Master Class" will focus on problem-solving methods and data analysis methods. This will promote the overall effective improvement of the professionalism of the organization's members.Figure 3: CPDEVICE Aims to Provide Comprehensive Training that will Help Employees
