01.Powerful Next-Generation Processor

APOLLO GEN2 processor features 1 TOPS of computing power and an independent NPU with 0.8 TOPS, which may be used in applications requiring entry-level artificial intelligence. A major improvement has also been made to the GPU, which now allows hard encoding & decoding, and hardware acceleration. Besides supporting OpenGL ES1.1/2.0/3.2, it also supports Vulkan, which can better meet the needs of customers developing applications for real-time rendering of 3D graphics and real-time visual processing.

By comparing the performance scores of the three generations of products, APOLLO GEN2 performs nearly six times better than the first generation of APOLLO products. 02.CP-Comm High-Speed Bus Architecture

Apollo GEN2 not only boasts significant improvements in hardware but also in software. The product features CP's component-based high-speed bus architecture. The CP-Comm adopts a data flow architecture in which data flows in both directions. There are two data transceiver sources located at either end of the frame, which are the client-side smart APP and the operating equipment. CP-Comm is composed of four layers: the middle application protocol layer, the basic protocol layer, the data link layer, and the port layer.
