This year, we have gradually built a marketing team that is aligned with China's unique circumstances and meets international standards.
To "improve work efficiency and reduce costs" with a "customer-centered" approach, a key task is to establish a strong marketing team, to get close to the customers. Through large-scale, high-standard recruitment and substantial investment in training, we have empowered this team, making overwhelming investments in specific areas. At the same time, for those engaged in sales, we have tilted policies in their favor, including resource allocation, promotion of leaders, and uncapped incentive mechanisms.
Throughout the year, Congping began building a full-chain customer service team, effectively ensuring customer-centered resource investment:
- The scale of the Congping marketing team has grown by over 130% year-on-year, with expectations of expanding another 70%-120% in the next six months.
- The team has become younger, with nearly 50% of the members being 25 years old or younger, and this is expected to increase to 70% in the next six months.
- The team has also become more specialized, with over 50% of members having a background in computer science, communications, or related fields. This is expected to rise to 80% in the next six months.
- The number of members with overseas or foreign language backgrounds has increased by 150%, and it is expected that 40% of the team will be engaged in overseas business within the next six months.

- We have effectively responded to and resolved over 800 customer issues and inquiries, improving customer service efficiency and capacity by 96% compared to the pre-standardization period.
- We summarized over 10 common customer issues, developing a Q&A document based on these issues, providing professional and comprehensive solutions.
