Soaring Ahead: On Congping's Sixth Anniversary Eve

On September 28, 2024, Congping will celebrate its sixth anniversary.

“The wind rises at the end of a small breeze.” This year, the calm seas took an unusual turn, and the stormy waves nearly capsized all small boats. Across the nation, numerous enterprises faced challenges head-on, each becoming a lighthouse in Congping’s journey at sea. Standing tall at the bow amid this stormy peak are the true warriors. Congping, following in the footsteps of these warriors, has resolutely advanced, both vigilant and cautious.

At the fifth anniversary, Congping proposed: "Improving work efficiency and reducing operational costs" and "Making overwhelming investments in specific areas" are our methods of "turning small into big"—without refining the details, one cannot achieve a grand vision. A year later, it is time to test these principles.

This year, we have gradually built a marketing team that is aligned with China's unique circumstances and meets international standards.

To "improve work efficiency and reduce costs" with a "customer-centered" approach, a key task is to establish a strong marketing team, to get close to the customers. Through large-scale, high-standard recruitment and substantial investment in training, we have empowered this team, making overwhelming investments in specific areas. At the same time, for those engaged in sales, we have tilted policies in their favor, including resource allocation, promotion of leaders, and uncapped incentive mechanisms.

Throughout the year, Congping began building a full-chain customer service team, effectively ensuring customer-centered resource investment:

  • The scale of the Congping marketing team has grown by over 130% year-on-year, with expectations of expanding another 70%-120% in the next six months.
  • The team has become younger, with nearly 50% of the members being 25 years old or younger, and this is expected to increase to 70% in the next six months.
  • The team has also become more specialized, with over 50% of members having a background in computer science, communications, or related fields. This is expected to rise to 80% in the next six months.
  • The number of members with overseas or foreign language backgrounds has increased by 150%, and it is expected that 40% of the team will be engaged in overseas business within the next six months.
  • The participation in marketing activities has increased by over 200%, transforming into a global industry exchange event.

  

Paolo, an Italian participant at the 2024 Congping Global Developers Conference (CPDC), shared applications of Congping products in sugar beet harvesters and mine-clearing armored vehicles at the event.

Over the past six months, the process standardization initiated by Congping has brought visible value to customers and yielded significant benefits for Congping:

  • We have effectively responded to and resolved over 800 customer issues and inquiries, improving customer service efficiency and capacity by 96% compared to the pre-standardization period.
  • We summarized over 10 common customer issues, developing a Q&A document based on these issues, providing professional and comprehensive solutions.

  • We upgraded 188 product documents, systematically building an online product documentation system with real-time updates.

  • The response time for customer service and problem resolution has been reduced to within 60 minutes, with a three-tiered talent allocation system ensuring customer needs are met and problems solved.
  • As a result, customer satisfaction has increased by over 100%.
